JCPenny's has joined the ranks of fine jewelry department stores like Nordstrom and Macy's with the launch of their Bijoux Bar, which are slated to open in more then 650 locations on April 28. The Bijoux Bar will carry high end designers with more affordable price tags.
The collection will feature pieces from sixteen designers like, 10021 Kara Ross, KJL by Kenneth Jay Lane, Telio by Doris Panos, Rodrigo-Brave by Rodrigo Otazu, Paloma & Ellie, and Downtown by Lana Bramlette.
